Having worked in contracting for in excess of 30 years, we pride ourselves in the depth of knowledge and experience we have gained in both pre-construction and construction management services.
We can work with both clients and contractors to assist in project feasibility assessments and tendering through to construction management on site.
Early engagement allows both commercial and programme certainty and opportunity to develop innovative solutions to improve value and reduce risk. Costs are market tested with supply chain specialists, providing cost and deliverability certainty.
Our background allows us to provide our clients with a full construction service or resource support in key areas such as principal contractor, commercial and cost management, planning and programming, design coordination and package procurement to the highest standards.
Our services are flexible from RIBA plan of work stages 1 to 6 and are easily tailored to meet exact requirements.
