Our experienced site-based team takes full responsibility for managing the construction process on your behalf, from the notice to proceed through to successful project completion.

Supported by our dedicated off-site specialists, we oversee every aspect of delivery, including procurement, construction progress, quality assurance, programme management, sequencing, interface coordination, cost control, health and safety, and site logistics. Our proactive approach ensures projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

We are experienced Principal Contractors on projects, managing all Construction (Design and Management) Regulation requirements. 

Production and management of construction phase integrating:

  • Working with the Principal Designer
  • Planning the whole construction project
  • Development and management of the Construction Phase Plan , incorporating waste management and traffic management
  • Managing ongoing safety, quality and progress
  • Managing commercial activities of the project and the trades contractors
